• Fully automatic integrated cleaning process of the electrodes
• DC welding machine with temperature control
  -> Avoids eta phases
• Post-treatment of the strip by induction heating

This machine complements our product portfolio in the field of welding carbide band saws and carbide reciprocating saw blades. CREDÈ ECO is another in-house development that offers all the advantages that our customers from Credé welding machines already know.

-  Tooth pitches from 50 mm to 10 T/T  (2,5 mm)  
-  Short welding sequences from tooth to tooth 2,0-2,5 sec possible
-  Maximum productivity with automatic centring of strip and carbide
-  Positioning of tape and HM in µm range (< 30 µm)
