If you have technical problems with our systems please send us an email to support@crede-elektronik.de (linked below) with a description of the problem - text and photos - and the serial number of the component that is affected.
If you are using a Type13 welding controller, please send us a 'Snapshot' of the welding data. You can download instructions for creating the snapshot using the link below.
We will then analyse the information provided and send our recommendation for further diagnosis and possible solutions. We also offer on-site welding technology advice or the provision of rental equipment (control unit or power unit) to avoid long production downtime.
